海藻硫酸多糖911对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应及对细胞产生IL—2作用的影响

本文以~3H—TdR掺入法观察911对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响并用CTLL细胞检测了其对IL—2的作用。体外实验结果表明,911对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应有明显的增强作用,以0.5μg/ml的浓度效果最为明显,相对增殖指数RPI可达200％;体内实验则以5mg/kg体重ip,连续7d效果最好,相对增殖指数RPI可达176％;911用药组小鼠IL—2的产生量均高于对照组,以5mg/kg和10mg/kg效果最好。以上实验证明,这一多糖是一种有希望的新免疫调节药物。  相似文献

A total of 67 samples from the upper and lower sediment traps in the central South China Sea were analyzed, which were collected during 1993~1996. It is indicated that the distribution of stable isotope values, surface primary productivity, fluxes of total particulate matter, carbonate, biogenic opal, organic carbon, planktonic foraminiferal species and their total amount exhibit obviously seasonal and annual fluctuations. High values of the fluxes occurred in the prevailing periods of the northeastern and southwestern monsoons, and the low values occurred during the periods between the two monsoons. The fluxes of some planktonic foraminiferal species (Globigerinoides sacculifer, G. ruber, Globigerinita glutinata, Neogloboquadrina dutertrei) and their percentages also exhibit two prominent peaks during the prevailing periods of the northeastern and southwestern monsoons respectively, while those of Globigerina bulloides, Globorotalia menardii and Pulleniatina obliquiloculata only exhibit one peak in the prevailing periods of the northeastern monsoon. In addition, fluxes and percentages of Globigerinoides sacculifer and Globorotalia menardii as well as the fluxes of carbonate and total amount of planktonic foraminifera decrease gradually from 1993 to 1996, and those of Globigerina bulloides, Globigerinita glutinata and biogenic opal increase gradually from 1993 to 1996. The fluxes of carbonate and organic carbon in the upper trap are higher than those in the lower one. The study indicates that the seasonal and annual variations of the sediment fluxes and planktonic foraminiferal species are mainly controlled by the changes of surface primary productivity and hydrological conditions related to the East Asian monsoon. The lower carbonate and organic carbon fluxes in the lower trap are related to the dissolution.  相似文献

排铅奶粉对在岗交警体内粪铅排除作用

研究了青岛市南、市北、四方三区交警在服用排铅奶粉（ＬｅａｄＥｘｃｒｅｔｉｎｇＭｉｌｋＰｏｗ－ｄｅｒ，ＬＥＭＰ）前后，体内粪铅含量变化情况。实验结果表明，服用ＬＥＭＰ后，粪铅含量先呈上升趋势，达到最高值后，又呈下降趋势。在整个实验过程中，粪铅含量四方区最高，而市南区最低。服用ＬＥＭＰ前，三区交警粪铅平均含量为０．６８７ｍｇ／ｋｇ，服用７ｄ后达到峰值（１．９６ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｐ＜０．０１），第１５ｄ降到１．６１（ｍｇ／ｋｇ）（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明ＬＥＭＰ能排除体内铅起到预防铅中毒的作用  相似文献   

Selenium distribution in the Rhône delta and the Gulf of Lions

Total dissolved selenium and selenium species have been measured in the Rhône river delta and the Gulf of Lions within the framework of the EROS-2000 project. The Rhône river concentration of total selenium averages 2.30 nM with important variations related to river discharge. During estuar-ine mixing, the concentrations of total dissolved selenium, selenite and selenate (calculated as the difference between total dissolved and selenite) decrease linearly with increasing salinity, without significant interconversion between selenium species. In the open Mediterranean waters of the Gulf of Lions the total dissolved selenium increases from 0.5 nM in the surface waters to 0.9 nM in the deep waters. Organic selenium has been observed in Mediterranean deep water, an observation which is different from those from the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans. The distributions of total inorganic selenium (Σ5e), selenite and selenate are strongly related to phosphate and silicate concentrations as observed previously for the major oceans.  相似文献

本文将分形作为一个新概念,应用到海洋化学的液-固界面作用的一系列的研究上。根据用SAXS法测定一些常见的粘土矿物(高岭石,蒙脱石)和水合氧化物(水锰矿、δ-MnO_2、氧化铁凝胶、针铁矿、无定形氧化铁)的分维结果,可将这些结果划分成三类:(1)小尺度模量下具有表面分形;大尺度模量下具有质量分形。(2)只有一种分维值的表面分形。(3)在小尺度模量下和大尺度模量下分别具有不同分维值的表面分形。  相似文献   

甘糖酯对大鼠尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物活性的诱导作用

为了研究甘糖酯对大鼠体内尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (urokinase PlasminogenActivator,u PA)活性的影响 ,采用溶解圈中和抑制法和发色底物法检测了大鼠口服甘糖酯后体内u PA活性的变化情况。结果表明 :甘糖酯可提高大鼠体内血液的纤溶活性 ,主要表现为 u PA活性升高。以不同剂量的甘糖酯连续喂药 10 d后 ,发现喂药组大鼠 u PA活性明显高于对照组 ,喂药组大鼠血浆 u PA活性升高同喂药剂量正相关 ,在 0～ 10 0 mg/ kg的剂量范围内 ,随喂药剂量增加而升高。提示在一定的剂量范围内甘糖酯可提高大鼠体内 u PA活性 ,激活纤溶系统 ,提高血液纤溶活性 ,表现出良好的抗栓作用  相似文献

叙述了一种可用于现场及实验室使用的新的浸入式电池膜盐度计的设计与结构。该膜盐度计传感器由下列电化学电池组成,用此传感器与微机或pH/离子计配合组成了膜盐度计。该仪器可用于近岸河口地区表层海水盐度监测并用于有潮河口底栖动物生态现场研究。仪器现场条件使用准确度约为盐度测量值1％。同时能用于Cl~-及其他离子的现场监测。  相似文献
